Part A: Understanding the Evidence-Based Claims Unit

Time: 90 minutes

Description

In this session, teachers will learn how to teach students to make evidence-based claims about fiction text. They will analyze the unit for evidence of the instructional shifts and build an understanding of the learning sequence, and create an implementation plan for instruction.
