Conference Registration

Session 3

Learning from Student Work: Application to a Case (Teachers)

Description

Participants will practice using the Looking at Student Work protocol on work samples from the Skills strand of CKLA (their own and those provided by the training team). The team-based protocol requires participants to take a deep dive into student work as a means of guiding their own understanding and use of CKLA. The intent of this session is leave participants with sufficient skill in using this protocol, and an understanding of its purpose, so that participants can take this practice back to their teaching teams and the school.
