Tools to Guide the Collection of Evidence of Shifts in Practice

The purpose of the attached tools is to capture evidence of the shifts in practice in each of our classrooms.  The results of this collection can play a key role in providing evidence-based feedback in general and as it relates to APPR specifically.  Ensuring that each of our teachers and principals has a deep understanding of the shifts demanded by the standards in critical to each of our students becoming college and career ready.
